You will be

  • Working closely with Head of Marketing and Art Director on creative development and creation of motivating stimulus to get targeted population to "take action"

  • Analysing how our brand is positioned in the market and crystallise targeted consumers insights

  • Taking brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to

  • Translating brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies

  • Establishing performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates

  • Measuring and assessing impact of brand and brand awareness on various digital channels and vice versa

  • Working closely with marketing, product and design teams to ensure the brand guidelines are enforced and followed

  • Monitoring market trends, researching consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues

  • Overseeing marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy

  • Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions

  • Anticipating bottlenecks

  • Brainstorming new and innovative growth strategies

  • Aligning the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics

Requirements

You have

  • Proven working experience as brand manager or associate brand manager

  • Drive for results and leaderships skills

  • Good understanding of the full marketing mix

  • Project management experience and attention to details

  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills

  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices

  • Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets

  • Great time management skills

  • Excellent command of the English language

  • Working  proficiency in German

  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field

Prior knowledge about income taxes (e.g. from your studies or previous work) is a plus
